How does it work?

We will take care of everything that is submitted through this form. Additionally, your customer support team will be able to forward any AI-related complaints and concerns to us directly.
Using our knowledge of AI, systems design, business, customer service and compliance, we will work on mitigating the issue with the user. If their reported concern proofs to be the reason for technical or operational intervention, we will organize and prioritize the action points and discuss them with the relevant teams of your organisation in a structured fashion. We will keep affected users informed, as well as incorporate this progress in periodic reports.
